If you google it, you'll see Antigua, Guatemala as one of the highest rated cities in CA to study. Costs about $120 a week with meals and homestay. There are also other areas around Lake Atitlan where it costs $90 a week for 4 hours a day of private instruction. You won't learn it as well in the US as you would in full immersion down there.
