I take off lessons from online, and if someone wants I would e-mail them about my problems or we can chat, but I don’t trust many people on here. But will it improve my spanish? How long would I have to do it?
You are right about not trusting everybody here. Many are only students of the language and have a looooooooooong way to go. Some others might be native speakers, but their abilities are quite bad.
What I mean here is that many show a command as good as English native speakers writing in SMS style. And I guess that if you are serious about learning a language, that style comes NOT as the main goals in your learning list.
You need to work on your foreign language everyday in order to build confidence in using it. It will never be the same using twenty minutes a day than two hours on Sunday.
How long might it take? It is impossible to predict. It’ll depend on so many factors! Like the material you have at had, time you use to study, your motivation, your general cognitive capacity, your motivation, etc., etc.
If you know some Spanish already (at least to tell sucky Spanish from standard Spanish), take a look at my questions and answers. If you think I know my own language, feel free to send me a message.

Yes. Absolutly, as long as you look at it every day.

Yes, you will improve your grammar, but if you can’t speak the language it kind of pointless… You should try to find someone to talk too…
