   In a year or less, you probably won’t be able to communicate very well. I think some computer things or something you can buy can make you understand, and speak some though.

   It is great you are interested in learning Spanish. Spanish pronunciate is easy… as all vowels are regular… "a" is "ah" anywhere! hehe….

   Best free website to learn that I know of comes from BBC!!! Yes, BBC for free. Quality course!

   Also, try to expose yourself to soap operas. Telemundo offers their soap operas with English subtitles in CC3.. caption 3.
