Can someone please tell me, what are a few very good sites for an 9-11 year old to learn spanish?
My little sister wants to learn spanish terribly. I told her i’d find some site for her to learn. She’s 11 years old
Spanish is better taught in a classroom than on the Internet. It’s a very complicated language and there’s a lot to cover. They should begin to teach spanish when they are in 8th grade or so. For now I would suggest she learn the words first and then wait until she learns it in school.

Hi, this is a great site that has an online learning center and is very popular. This link is for French but you will find Spanish there too. http://www.thefrenchsystem.com

Do a GOOGLE search for "spanish lessons", and I’m sure you can find something there. Perhaps a library book on the subject can help as well. She can get some background in the subject that will prepare her for the time she’s able to schedule a class in the subject in school. Good luck to her! As a child, I also enjoyed learning, and wanted to learn things that were not available to me yet in school!
